A large international law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level patent prosecution associate to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in the Silicon Valley, CA office. Candidates with a non-life science technical background along with solid electrical, mechanical, and software patent prosecution experience will be considered.Minimum Qualifications:1+ years of prep and prosecution experience as a patent attorneyJD from a top 100 law schoolTechnical background that is non-life scienceExcellent academic credentialsStrong organization, writing, and analytical skillsCalifornia bar and Patent bar memberships are strongly preferredAll candidates must provide (a) law school transcripts and (b) 1 or 2 good writing samples.The firm prides itself on its reputation for excellence and results.
