Leads and manages the company’s products and service portfolio and sales channel development for current and future business opportunities and deliver results in line with corporate growth strategy. Responsible for management of direct sales channels, maintenance of relationships with payors, providers, and patients, and product management of all the company’s offerings.Qualifications
Minimum of ten plus years of relevant business experience in sales and marketing.Five plus years’ large account management experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, life science, and/or biotechnology related industry focused on medical reimbursement.Demonstrated experience in Physician office selling.Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams.Experience with DME products, preferable in diabetes industry.Strong knowledge of managed care programs.Innovative thinking.Solid knowledge of reimbursement, government/commercial payer systems, cost containment companies, third party administrators, specialty pharmacies, and wholesalers.Solid working knowledge of clinical and health economic outcomes including the interpretation and presentation of clinical and economic data.Strong planning and tactical execution.Experience developing business programs and measuring effectiveness and results.Prior medical device, pharmaceutical, hospital or payer experience.Ability to work with and develop key accounts.
