Prior experience in leasing, sales, or hospitality preferredCollege degree or coursework preferredAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsDemonstrated proficiency in working with computers including Microsoft Office, calendar management, software/database, and social mediaExcellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skillsMust have strong closing skillsProficient in managing an internal applicant databaseCommitted to obtaining real estate licenseYardi or similar software experience preferredOverview
