Job Description

Locations:

Foster City, CA, San Jose, CA, Bethpage, NY, and Charlotte, NC

Job Responsibilities:4 years

of experience in developing reports, dashboards,

SQL queries, or metadata layers using MicroStrategy.Experience in converting business data needs into creative visualizations in

MicroStrategy.Thorough understanding of MicroStrategy architecture.Partner with business stakeholders to provide them with the ability to make decisions and gain insights through data visualization.Complete life cycle experience including requirements gathering, data modeling, design, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.Ability to write

SQL

for initial data mining that can be communicated to peer ETL developers for database development.MicroStrategy-Hadoop integration is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills.Data modeling, design, and implementation based on recognized standards.Additional knowledge of

Tableau

is a definite plus.Experience in

ETL tools (like Talend, Pentaho)

preferred.Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.Experience in the financial domain.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of experience within Information Technologies.Additional Information
