The roles and responsibilities include the following:Business Consulting and Client Relationship ManagementBuild, deepen and broaden client relationships across all senior levels in the client organization in conjunction with Fractal Account Manager and extended capabilities and solution teams. This will be measured through growth of the account.Enable clients strategic vision through the power of AI, Engineering, Design & Domain, by working closely with people across levels and communicating effectively.Provide thought leadership in clients business planning sessions, lead / assist with sales process by building proposals, aligning to business objectives, solution approach, scope, deliverables, client responsibilities, staffing roles, pricing, and risk mitigation, etc.Delivery ManagementWork with client stakeholders at various levels to understand key (business) challenges, formulate business problems and lead solution development and manage delivery on engagements with global team.Responsible for overall delivery for all client engagements as measured by relationship specific measures as well as Net Promoter Score (NPS). This would include, among other things, design & review of the solution, scaling and institutionalizing analytics in the client organization, high level of program management, and meeting all other engagement goals.Successfully manage competing demands of multiple client projects simultaneously (including managing time and people against changing priorities). Partner with client stakeholders to co-define and manage engagements through KPIs, Metrics and SLAs.Build and lead high performing teams and manage team member careers, by inspiring colleagues, creating opportunities, building individuals’ capability and creating followership.Demonstrated technical acumen across a range of AI, and Data Engineering tools and platforms, including experience in helping clients operationalize advanced analytics solutions at enterprise scale.Implement industry and fractal best practices in managing programs at scale and help each project / program teams to deliver to the expectations through rigor and high-quality delivery.Operations and P&L ManagementManage operations of the programs by managing people utilization, margins while ensuring client satisfaction measured through NPS.Ensure timely and appropriate staffing for new engagements – plan hiring and staffing decisions.Overall ensure operational and financial discipline in line with organization, practice and account specific goals.Business Development - Assist account and practice level sales and consulting teams and coordinate with internal capability teams in pursuing ongoing leads / RFPs.Analytics Capability Development – Contribute to practice and organization to help build cutting edge analytical approaches and solutions aligning to industry / client problem areas.Qualifications18+ years of experience in managing global delivery, scaled programs with at least 6+ years of delivery leadership experience managing multiple programs.Experience in managing and delivering global programs; work with internal cross functional and global delivery teams, delivering multi-year programs from experimentation / incubation phases to scale and meeting / exceeding profitability goals.Experience in designing solutions of high-impact data / analytics solutions and programs.Knowledge of Engineering, cloud and data technologies, advanced analytics and machine learning technique, etc., throughout the customer lifecycle. Should be able to evaluate and adopt to ever changing and evolving technologies / solutions to enhance the value-add for clients.Implement organizational (internal and client) standard processes and guidelines on all engagements. Analyse, evaluate and mitigate risks and resolve issues by collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.Knowledge of CPG and/or Retail Industry.Should have managed client relationships across business and IT leadership.Excellent people skills and ability to partner with diverse teams within the organization to get things done to meet / exceed client expectations.Outstanding presentation and communication skills (Oral and written) with the ability to inspire others to make informed decisions.Must have the ability to adapt to changing business priorities in a fast-paced business environment.EDUCATION:
BE / BTech, Masters / Bachelors in Statistics, Economics / MBA.Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $150,000 - $230,000. In addition, you will be eligible for a discretionary performance-based bonus.As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave.
