We are looking for a Global Head of Sales Enablement to play a key role in enhancing our sales productivity across all regions. In this role you will collaborate with the global go-to-market (GTM) leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on defining our sales enablement onboarding and continued enablement strategy. Your ability to foster strong relationships, align teams, and drive projects to successful completion will be crucial to your success.What You'll Achieve:
Design, create, and deliver a broad range of global sales training programs designed to reduce sales ramp time and increase performance to sales quotas and productivityEstablish metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement programsCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to develop a first in class sales onboarding and continued enablement program - including product knowledge, sales methodology, and tooling adoptionEnsure our sales teams are equipped with the content/skills needed to successfully position the value of Notion’s offerings across a variety of industries and buying personas, manage their books of business/territory plan, and execute deal cyclesBuild strong relationships with sales leadership to identify global needs/skill gaps and build enablement deliverables and content around themSkills You'll Need to Bring:
