We have a full care coordination team such as Nurses, Social Workers, and Physical Therapists, to also assist in the treatment and care of our patients. inpatient Geriatric Psychiatrist will be required to perform team rounds, admissions, discharges, creating aftercare plans, and providing consultation services to the hospital. Provides psychiatric evaluation and treatment to patients on both the Inpatient units and ED Crisis in addition to Outpatient care at offsite location(s), as well as consultative services on Med-Surg units.
