As a Senior HRBP at FloWorks, your primary role is to partner with organizational leaders at all levels to achieve their business objectives. Providing guidance and input on employee relations and development issues such as restructuring, succession planning, performance, staffing, investigations and HR policy administration and development. This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor.

- Partners with assigned client groups in the interpretation and administration of various human resources policies and programs, as assigned, involving employment, compensation, benefits, employee/and or labor relations issues, and other matters.
- Coach managers through the employee development process including leadership succession planning, assisting managers to create quality employee development action plans, and other special initiatives in support of employee / leadership development.
- Guides and assists employees in the interpretation and administration of various HR policies, procedures, practices, and programs.
- Responsible for conducting investigations for the preparation and presentation of facts leading to the resolution of employee disputes and grievances related to various issues.
- Drive and support the management team on organizational change, workforce planning, organizational design and development related topics.
- Gather statistics and metrics (headcount, turnover, talent movement, HR program execution) and provide analysis and recommendations based on the data.

Education and Experience....
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior or related degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of applicable HR experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated people and team leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others to achieve results.
- Must be resourceful with strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively to solve problems.
