You Are:

Passionate about leveraging new technologies and advising clients on data-driven technology strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You are results-oriented, self-directed, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial-minded. You continually build your knowledge of emerging technology trends and apply those to develop innovative approaches to deliver value for our clients. You have top notch communication and people skills and are a natural at building relationships and collaborative problem solving. You are a curious leader who can connect with and advise senior clients through storytelling and strong domain knowledge. As a senior manager, you will be a coach to develop our up-and-coming leaders in their careers, and an orchestrator of our diverse multi-disciplinary workforces to solve our client's challenges.

In Transformation Excellence:
  • Transformation Excellence practitioners will shape and steer technology-enabled, large-scale transformations with our clients
  • Convey deep understanding of technology platforms and architecture at the intersection of our clients' industry to guide them towards a well-defined, value-rich target while effectively managing change
  • Using deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data or Security, you will build rapport with senior and expert stakeholders in both business and technology functions to facilitate quick and effective decision-making
  • Transformation Excellence professionals will act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization for clients
  • Complex transformation management will be oriented towards value realization across multiple domains (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability)


As a Senior Manager:
  • Day to day leadership of large transformation projects / programs as well as corresponding deliverables while supervising and mentoring large teams
  • Define transformation program value, oversee, and hold accountability for the transformation's success
  • Manage and oversee the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation domains
  • Executive oversight and client relationship management of diverse delivery teams working with mid-level clients
  • Resolve program-level issues and advice on complex technology decisions with strong influence over senior client leadership
  • Originate sales with managing director support (incremental and new) and partner with other service group entities to effectively shape and sell large digital transformation opportunities
  • Earn the trust of senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations
  • Fortify Accenture's Transformation Excellence practice and role as a thought leader by owning and creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external
  • Mentor junior members of the consulting team and position them for future growth
  • Facilitate large and complex client stakeholder groups with tailored approaches to collaboration


Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum 3 years of advisory experience at a consulting firm
  • Minimum 5 years of experience on a transformation program driving value management/realization, executive storytelling and managing measures of success
  • Minimum 5 years of experience writing business cases
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and structuring analytical work, facilitating delivery, and developing and implementing transformation recommendations
  • Minimum 5 years of leading large and complex teams effectively, including planning / structuring analytical work, facilitating workshops and driving delivery
  • Curiosity about technology and its influences on business and work
  • Experience advising senior leaders
  • Desire to mentor and coach others
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Industry-leading expertise in a focused technology area
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience
  • Ability to travel and work in Canada
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • French and English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these French and English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus Points if:
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree
  • You perform as a long-term trusted advisor on how technology is influencing a specific industry, and technology implications to successful business transformation
  • Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, MS Azure, GCP)
  • Certification related to SAFe (Scale Agile Framework)
  • Experience in the implications of Cloud economics on IT financial management
  • You are a natural at building, managing, and fostering teams
  • You have managed end-to-end projects and have reported and escalated to top levels
  • You can manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals
