The Territory Manager's main priority is managing RBNA initiatives by supporting a group of L&F Account Managers responsible for in-store execution. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing this local team on Power Selling. Territory Managers are accountable for tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through a set group of key customers.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Red Bull sales execution and RBNA (Red Bull North America) standards achievement by channel.Directs development through implementation of Power Coaching/ Power Selling.Manages monthly sales and executional goals. Includes establishing goals, monitoring goals and achieving goals. All tracking required by RBNA is coordinated/completed within requested time period(s).Works with RBNA to insure key account relationships are continuing to execute at a high level with bi-annual business reviews in our top business accounts and key account chains.Bull brandKey Account Execution SupportBrand Programming SupportStandards AuditingWeekly Huddles & Sales Team EngagementEquipment & POS SupportOther duties as assignedQualifications
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
2 - 3 yrs experience in DSD management, including proven track record of meeting exceeding assigned sales objectivesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and logistics skillsStrong leadership skillsCurrent driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your headCompensation/Benefits:
