Maximize sales coverage in the Territory

Understand landscape of existing customers, potential customers, and sales organizations operating in the TerritoryFill sales gaps in potential, currently empty geography within the Territory that meet our criteria

Prioritize HVAC Distributors that offer the highest opportunity to significantly grow IAQ

Develop relationships with Senior Sales Management at target Regional DistributorsCall on existing customers, potential customers, and organizations to support products, services and salesConduct product/sales training for Distributors and ContractorsDevelop and implement Action Plans with targeted distributorsIdentify Target HVAC Contractors in TerritoryMake joint or independent sales calls on target HVAC Contractors

Present Business Proposition and Secure ParticipationSupport the Contractor's Business DevelopmentBuild network of Certified HVAC Contractors in the Territory
