This position may work remotely on a partial to full-time basis in accordance with company policy and manager approval.
OVERVIEW:
This positions primary responsibility is to oversee the execution, optimization and reporting of digital advertising campaigns across our local Urban One markets. A Integrated Campaign Manager will have experience executing and optimizing digital marketing flights including display, streaming video, streaming audio, social media, email, SMS and more.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the management of digital sales efforts of Radio One local radio sales staff including:Work with Digital Sales Managers and Digital Media Strategists in multiple markets to set-up local and regional digital advertising campaignsAbility to set campaigns live, oversee progress, optimizing results to ensure deliveryAssist the local Digital Sales Manager in providing reporting on campaigns running across R One Digital platformsWork closely with the Creative Services and Development Team to oversee production, digital design, and copywriting for any unique online and/or multi-media promotionsOngoing coordination with Digital Sales Managers on local digital sales marketing strategyWork closely with the ad sales team to maximize all available advertising inventoryCoordinate campaign pricing approval with the market Digital Sales Manager of all locally sold online ad dealsIntegrate materials from research and digital media ad sales/business development departments into concepts and presentationsPrepare formal presentations for client meetingsWork closely with all Radio One-owned & operated radio station's sales and marketing staff on relevant sales promotion opportunitiesFollow through and ensure successful trafficking of all promotional advertising elementsThorough understanding of sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including the management of all promotional elements from start to finish that comprise a successful promotional/contest campaign (e.g. legal rules, prizing, contest fulfillment)Compile materials for post-campaign client recapWorks with SVP of human resources and any other team members when called uponExecutes other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Candidate must be extremely proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Experience using Microsoft Teams is a plus.Should have extensive knowledge of digital media, advertising, and copywriting.Understanding basic graphic design skills and experience with Photoshop will be beneficial.Experience working Facebook Business Manager is a plus.Dedicated and driven work ethic, excellent writing skills, comfortable making presentations to all size groups (5-50).Demonstrated ability to "evangelize" digital media advertising, marketing, and sales.Strong digital marketing ideation skills.Proven ability to successfully handle digital pre-sales and post-sales processes as noted in the job description.Works with a sense of urgency and ability to multi-task with special attention to detailMust be able to work independently to complete work/projects and also thrive working in a teamMust be able to create polished and thoughtful presentations upon requestMust be able to draft, proof, and edit documents, spreadsheets, etc. with precision using proper grammar, punctuation and toneRepresent the department professionally, maintaining positive engagement with employees at all levelsCommitment to client and candidate as evidenced by responsive, well-crafted communications verbal and written and customer service orientedProject management experience, with the ability to respond to changing priorities, and enjoyment of a fast-paced work environmentExcellent customer service and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise good judgmentMust be willing to travel to the office as scheduled and unscheduled with limited noticeProvide proof of the authorized ability to work in the USSubmit to a background check
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, minimum 2 years' experience in media, marketing, advertising or related experience; or equivalent professional experience.
