Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Miami is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with outstanding academic credentials and strong writing skills. The ideal candidate will be a current member of the Florida Bar with at least 3 years of experience, preferably in general litigation including complex commercial litigation and white-collar matters. Judicial clerks are encouraged to apply.Duties:Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.Assist in all phases of litigation, including case investigation, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom proceedings.Analyze and evaluate complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and achieve successful outcomes for clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.At least 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in complex commercial litigation and white-collar matters.Outstanding academic credentials.Strong writing and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Certifications:Relevant certifications in litigation or related areas are advantageous.Skills:Proficiency in legal research and writing.Ability to analyze and interpret complex legal issues.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective time management and organizational skills.Confidence in oral advocacy and courtroom proceedings.Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
