Started by husband and wife team Mike and Summer Sanders in Sedona, AZ in 2015, Local Juicery is the premier cold-pressed juicery of Northern Arizona.MANAGEMENTThe Local Juicery Store Manager is a very important leadership role in charge of the day to day operations of a busy, high energy, upscale wellness shop, and retail store. Our managers are responsible for hiring, team training, cost control, budgeting, and administration. Managers are also involved in the preparation and overseeing of food and beverage that we make in house daily. The candidate we choose to invite into Local Juicery will be able to

a team to get behind the mission of Local Juicery while making sure we are bringing enthusiasm to our customers, giving amazing customer service, offering quick turnaround of items, and maintaining a sparkling clean space.JOB DESCRIPTIONPassion for healthy living, organic food, and making a difference in the day of our dear customers.Maintain high service standards of connection to our guest, cleanliness of our store, and getting tickets turned quickly.Recruit, select, orientate, schedule, and review the performance of all Flagstaff team members.Understand and enforce company policies and procedures.Develop leaders and employees by regular one-on-ones, training and development, coaching, and performance evaluation.Create an upbeat, engaging, customer experience that leaves people feeling truly connected with and cared for.Work closely with our CEO/COO to achieve operational objectives by preparing, completing, and evaluating action plans.Resolve guest distress through conscious service resolutions that leave them coming back again. Every customer should leave Local Juicery happy.Create fun marketing plans that involve our Flagstaff community.Adhere to all company and government legislation regarding food establishments.Arrange for maintenance and repair of malfunctioned equipment.Review daily and average inventory levels, anticipated future demands, and compare to sales from the previous year in order to control costs, and minimize waste for efficient replenishment.Knowledge or a willingness to learn about all the benefits of cold-pressed juice, organic food, and adaptogens, being able to clearly teach/educate employees and customers on all our offerings.Answer all questions from customers and make recommendations based on their needs, while also protecting all proprietary information.Collaborate with like-minded Local brands and influencers to bring in new customers.SKILLS, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED4-year college degree
or
previous supervisory or management experience in a similar environment (quick-service food or retail).Able to self-motivate, self-start, flexible, and able to work independently.Ability to multi-task and adapt as priorities shift in a fast-paced environment.Able to conduct written and verbal performance reviews.Strong business and organizational understanding (Excel experience needed).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
