We are seeking a motivated, experienced individual with a strong manufacturing background to serve as the Vice President of Operations.Areas of Responsibility:Lead and manage a well-experienced manufacturing team – the Director, Manufacturing reports to this position.Lead & manage our Engineering group – the Director of Engineering reports to this position.Lead & manage our Installation team – the Manager, Installations reports to this position.Oversee and facilitate schedule and supply chain.Meet production targets while systematically ensuring the highest level of quality.Qualifications & Experience:8-15 years experience in the manufacturing and design of high-end products.5-10 years experience fulfilling a senior role within a dynamic company.Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Engaging mind – seeking to learn and grow.Compensation:Salary + generous bonus package linked to production.TO APPLY:Forward resume to Amanda Sonus at
