Assist Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty’s senior leadership with leading the local brokerage operation’s strategic growth, agent recruitment, agent development and provide sales transaction consultation.
General Responsibilities include:
Recruit and assimilate agents
Engage, retain and develop agents
Provide real estate consultation to agents and/or their clients
Communicate complicated contractual issues to MTSIR agents and/or clients
Help resolve transaction issues or conflicts between clients and our agents.
Review Real Estate contracts with agents and/or their clients to determine best course of action.
Keep abreast of emerging technologies and tools; assess and determine how best to leverage them
Provide business development and planning consultation to agents
Train and/or assist agents with comparative market analysis on all types of properties.
Participate with creating business growth strategies from ideation to execution and lead the new projects aligned with these strategies through completion.
In constant communication with agents and proactively engaging with them for business planning and business management.
Help manage an agent’s transaction by working directly with parties in the transaction through closing.
Provide listing and sales support to compliment and assist agents’ business.
Qualifications:
Experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions with 3-5 years for sales experience; knowledge of real estate laws; contracts and procedures; hold active local real estate or broker’s license.
3 plus years of related brokerage leadership experience
Has a deep understanding and ability to teach TREC contracts
Ability to communicate complicated contractual issues to agents and clients
Proven recruiting, training, agent retention track record
Former Real Estate legal experience as an attorney is a plus
Strong influence, presentation and written communication skills
Strong coaching and business development skills
