General Litigation Associate AttorneyDescription : Schiff Hardin LLP’s San Francisco office is growing! We are seeking an associate with three to five years of experience (2012, 2013 or 2014 J.D.) for our General Litigation practice in San Francisco. The ideal candidate would have complex litigation and/or class action experience. In addition, the ideal candidate would have experience writing briefs, taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings, drafting affirmative and responsive discovery, and experience with routine and complex filings plus some courtroom experience (handling routine court appearances, arguing motions, and/or presenting witnesses). Strong academic record and excellent electronic data management skills, research, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
