Our client is looking for a Director of Business Development to ensure that their sales consistently meet or exceed the goals established for them. They will focus on professional trade to close sales opportunities by working closely with existing active clients, reestablishing productive relationships with existing inactive clients, and identifying and closing sales with new clients. The Director of Business Development will also work collaboratively with the existing team to promote the achievement of the team’s established sales goals.You can amplify your creative visions, elevate the printing customer experience, and strategize for success. No matter the sector - retail, CPG, finance, health, QSR, and beyond - our client's tailored solutions resonate, ensuring the brand’s voice is distinctive and impactful.Key Responsibilities

Effectively prospect and strategically move through the steps of the buying process.Articulate the offering clearly, both verbally and in writing.Identify synergies between prospects' challenges and marketing solutions.Position priorities to defeat the status quo.Partner cross-functionally with internal resources of the company.Drive and self-motivate to achieve sales goals.Manage complex contract negotiations with Fortune 500 businesses.Sell complex solutions at the executive level (Procurement, Marketing, Finance) of large organizations.Qualifications

5-7 years of experience selling complex (multi-buyer/multi-step) service (BPO) solutions to executive-level decision makers in large companies.Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills.Experience with $1.5MM and greater transaction sizes.Proven ability to build strong internal relationships.Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.Accustomed to a long, strategic buying process (6 months+).Self-motivated, self-directed, and self-driven.Comfortable working remotely with limited management oversight.Experienced in a team-selling environment where they lead the team.Track record of employment tenures (5 years+).Bachelor's degree (preferred).Benefits
