Juris Doctor (JD) degree.Admitted to practice law in California.3 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.Experience handling transactions in financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies.Proven expertise in tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail and good business judgment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.Research and problem-solving abilities.Conceptual thinking and ability to influence others.Education and Certifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California Bar.Skills:
