Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney

Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent prosecution associate attorney with 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution. The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications, prepare patent opinion letters, provide IP counseling to clients, and conduct patent due diligence studies in connection with business transactions as well as supervise more junior attorneys and patent agents as part of global client service teams. Should have a background in life sciences, registration with the USPTO, and an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D. in molecular and cellular biology or similar disciplines. Prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm is desired.
