Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace and an internet connection that’s sufficient for completing their job remotely.Job Summary:The Lead Quality position provides critical Quality support for our Global Quality organization. The Lead Quality will provide enterprise-wide leadership and support of the Harley-Davidson Quality Management System. Responsibilities include process ownership of key QMS processes, leadership of the Internal Audit program, and maintenance of the ISO 9001 certification. The role will also be expected to assist on larger ad-hoc projects identified by company leadership.
