LimNexus LLP, a 24-attorney, minority-owned law firm, seeks an attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience for its San Francisco office. The candidate must be California-licensed, with superior writing, research and analytical skills, as well as hands-on litigation experience.At a minimum, the candidate will have the ability to take independent responsibility for day-to-day management of cases, including:Legal research and analysisDrafting pleadingsDrafting and responding to discoveryTaking and defending depositionsMaking court appearancesTrial and/or arbitration experience is a plus. Some Korean language ability is preferred, but not required. Experience with defense of personal injury, product liability, employment, commercial and/or cross-border actions would also be helpful.
