Draft and negotiate securitization and structured finance agreements, including CLOs, CMBS transactions, repos, and asset-backed loans (ABL).Conduct due diligence and review legal documents related to securitization and structured finance transactions.Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on complex financial matters.Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years practicing law, focusing on securitization, structured finance, and structured products.Skills:
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with attention to detail.Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Credentials:
Excellent academic credentials and a proven track record of success in a law firm environment.Bar Admission:
Admission to the Bar in Washington, DC, preferred.Certifications:
Preferred certifications include specialized training in securitization, structured finance, or related financial law courses.Skills:
