Homes.com is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager, to lead the development of its Residential Building content pages and search experience. This position will serve as a liaison between the research team, which curates the write-ups and media for the pages, and the development team, to ensure delivery timelines are being met. The Residential Building search and detail page will be critical in driving organic traffic to Homes.com by providing consumers with a best-in-class overview of the residential building, featuring write-ups, professional photography, and a narrated video. This position is responsible for delivering the product vision of the building search experience, offering a best-in-class nationwide building search. This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the following hybrid schedule option: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote.Responsibilities:Shape & manage the product roadmap for Homes.com.Drive feature development from start to finish, including writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage.Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of digital Product Management or Marketing experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.Experience managing development of digital content products for both web and mobile.Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs.Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Experience creating wireframes & mock-ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.A track record of commitment to prior employers.Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows.Condo/Townhome builder domain knowledge.Preferred Qualifications And Skills:7+ years of digital Product Management or Marketing experience with a proven track record delivering industry-leading products and solutions.Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics.A plus if you have worked on native iOS & Android apps.WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
