We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve your financial targets.What will be your responsibilities?Prospect new business within assigned territory and upgrade current opportunities within existing accountsBuild a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities with a strong focus on new business in assigned territorySupport contract negotiations and deal closuresComplete customer needs analysis and identify pressure points for all accountsWork collaboratively within a team selling environment and build strong customer relationshipsArticulate and present Netcracker’s value proposition to customers and prospectsDesign, plan and execute campaigns supporting channel strategy and revenue growthSupport marketing campaigns, tradeshows and other eventsWhat skills and experience will you need for this role?At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the telecommunications industry2+ years of inside sales and/or client facing sales experience with an understanding of fundamental sales methodologyAbility to accurately forecast and report opportunitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal, planning and organizational skillsAbility to travel domestically and internationallyWho is Netcracker Technology?We are a forward-looking software company, offering mission-critical solutions to service providers around the globe.
