We are a diverse organization and are looking for bright, passionate, and committed professionals who strive to be the best at what they do.ResponsibilitiesImplement Genesys Cloud and PureCloud contact center solutionsConduct technical implementation activities from post-sale to support transitionDevelopment of Genesys Cloud call flows for routing and IVRWrite and execute test plansRequirements1+ year of experience with the Genesys Cloud platform3+ years of experience with contact center solutionsKnowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), including S3, EC2, etc.Experience with applications leveraging APIs, JSON or JavaScriptKnowledge of change control processesExcellent communication skillsDesiredGenesys Cloud Certified Professional (GCP-GC)AWS Cloud Practitioner CertificationKnowledge of IP Telephony: Genesys Cloud Edge, AudioCodes, Cisco Gateways, IP Telephones (Polycom, Cisco, etc.)Development experience to build apps and integrations leveraging APIs, JSON, and JavaScript
