The candidate should have a strong interest in and enthusiasm for health care issues and trends.Must have experience in health care transactional matters, including:Provider and health plan mergers and acquisitionsAffiliations and joint venture transactionsPrivate equity dealsExperience with health industry contracting, state licensure, and corporate governance is preferred. Must have regulatory experience in the areas of:Fraud and abuseState licensureCorporate practice of medicine/fee splitting rulesHealth care antitrustShould have 6+ years of strong health care transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and joint ventures for health care stakeholders.
