We're inventing new technology along the way to overcome barriers and solve big problems, all while having a blast doing it!*Please note internal name: Program Manager Director*Hybrid role based on-site 3 days/week - Detroit, MIJob DescriptionAs Program Manager Director at Tekion, you will play a pivotal role leading the delivery team for one of Tekion’s strategic customers, where you will be accountable for the client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, account growth, the implementation and adoption of the Tekion platform. As the primary delivery point of contact, you will guide the customer through the entire implementation lifecycle and beyond, and manage the day-to-day execution and delivery of client programs to generate customer business value.
