Requirements:

Trial experience is required; Construction litigation experience is a plus.Proficient in legal research, drafting of motions and discovery.Independent work ethic.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in drafting and researching legal briefs.Discovery proficiency, including both taking and defending depositions.
