Our client is in search of a

Corporate Recruiter

to join their fast-paced HR Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct competency-based interviews, assess candidates, lead debriefs with hiring managers, mentor, and guide managers through hiring decisions.

Develop candidate networks and pipelines in key areas across the organization, building relationships and tapping industry sources to develop talent pools.

Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions; partnering with leaders to develop and execute strategy, screen/interview/evaluate candidates, perform reference checks, and facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and onboarding.

Utilize Applicant Tracking System and provide support as needed to hiring managers.

Requirements:

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, ideally in a non-profit or fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Minimum of 1 year high volume recruitment experience.

Understanding of human resources policies and procedures.

Proficient in:

ATS, Excel, and Outlook.

Soft Skills:

Reliable, responsible, friendly, team-player.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).

Ability to take initiative, make decisions, multitask, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
