Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC (OTS), was founded in 2014 and quickly established itself as a reliable partner capable of providing a variety of information technology and cyber solutions across highly complex, highly regulated and highly secure environments, including the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), healthcare, higher education, law enforcement, retail, casino gaming and more. We are bidding on a contract to provide Engineering and Technical Support to the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), Technical Warfare Center (TWC), FGGA, GA Cyber Center, Ft Belvoir, VA.This opportunity is contingent upon a successful contract award to Oneida Technical Solutions. A key role on this contract is a Cyber Security Engineering SME. In this role, you will demonstrate full understanding of Cyber Security Engineering supporting full spectrum cybersecurity operations and assist with identifying IT security tools & resources needed for secure, compliant operations.The contractor shall collaborate with engineering teams for design and implementation to ensure Risk Management Framework (RMF) systems comply with Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) provisions and DoD Army Policies and regulations for cyber operations.Daily Responsibilities:

Develop and prepare Information System Descriptions and Registration.Effectively communicate work plans, milestones (POAM), and obstacles to Cyber Program Manager.Ensure Army Cyber systems are properly registered within the Enterprise Information Assurance Support Services (eMASS) or XACTA Information Assurance Manager tool.Implement and maintain continuous monitoring plans for compliance with Army Cyber systems.Provide support and recommendations to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security program for cyber systems under development.Utilize subject matter expertise to provide recommendations as a Cyber Security Engineer supporting full spectrum cybersecurity operations.Develop and update security plans, procedures, and other security documentation.Analyze disparate data and provide a readable, understandable summary with recommendations for corrective action.Provide high-level written reports and status updates that are factual and timely.Assist in identifying security-related problems by gathering and applying information from a variety of materials or sources.Minimum Requirements:

Qualified candidates for this role must possess a TOP SECRET security clearance and be immediately eligible for nomination to receive Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access. Must be able to complete a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph and obtain MEAD NSA facility access and security clearance requirements upon request. Must possess DOD Baseline Certifications and CISSP, MCSE, MCP or equivalent.Key Skills Desired:
