The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will play a key role in the company's financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This position will provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve financial performance. The Financial Analyst (FP&A) will work closely with various departments to gather data, analyze financial information, and prepare reports for senior management.About You

Bachelor's degree, ideally in finance or accountingA high level of intellectual curiosity. We are looking for someone who likes to ask lots of questions, and can’t stop until they know how things work!Team playerAt least 2+ years of relevant experienceHighly proficient in Excel, MS Office, and financial software applicationsExperience with data analysis tools such as Power BI or TableauExperience with NetSuite is a plusExperience in outdoor / action sports, or consumer goods is a plusOutstanding presentation, reporting and communication skillsHigh level of energy and enthusiasmKey Responsibilities

Financial Analysis: Perform detailed variance analysis to understand the root causes of financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior year.Performance Measurement: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development and management of the annual budget, long-term financial plans, and periodic forecasts.Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and business planning.Business Partnering: Collaborate with business unit leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes. Act as a financial advisor to various departments.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management.Score Sports offers competitive pay and benefits. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K.Salary range is $70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience.Note, this is an onsite position.
