Through our commitment to training, growth and quality, we consistently achieve superior clinical outcomes while giving teammates the opportunity to excel in an award-winning environment that enables them to thrive both professionally and personally.Here's what you can expect as a Talent Acquisition Director at DaVita:Lead an exceptional team of talent acquisition professionals who are filling critical field positions; patient care technicians, registered nurses, clinical leadership.Partner with field operational leaders (Directors and VPs) to align on talent acquisition strategies and outcomes to ensure talent acquisition team is meeting business needs to support patient care.This position is instrumental in building the department in concert with senior leadership, centers of excellence, and broader People Services teams (i.e. Human Resources, Compensation, etc.). Our most successful talent acquisition leaders have the business acumen, process and performance management skills and the managerial courage to drive exceptional metrics that deliver value to both our hiring partners and ultimately reflect in the lives of our patients.Work remotely driving strategic initiatives for executing ~3000 hires per year.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide day-to-day management, ongoing education, support, inspiration and coaching of talent acquisition manager/supervisor and partners (~20 direct/indirect reports) who are responsible for all stages of the recruitment process (talent attraction to hire).Own the entire talent acquisition function for ~$500 million business lane in a large multi-state geography.Work closely with operational business partners (Regional Operations Directors, Division Vice Presidents, Group Vice Presidents) and key stakeholders to partner on hiring need alignment and strategies to meet hiring objectives; to include proactive communication on results and possible roadblocks impacting hiring performance.Establish and manage a cohesive talent acquisition team that excels at meeting business hiring targets; ensure effective, consistent attraction and selection processes are in place and operational business partners have appropriate talent acquisition support to fill high impact roles.Manage, leverage, and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient approach to increasing application volume to meet hiring needs, while improving the quality of candidates, and time to hire.Lead team to utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to the fullest extent.Consult with operational business partners on recruiting process, strategy and expectations.Execute and track performance of recruiting strategies to hit defined goals and metrics.Monitor and track metrics to identify trends; redirect team as appropriate to ensure workload is managed to produce established goals.Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent in the market.Manage internal and external recruiting activities including, but not limited to, teammate referral programs and student internship programs.Build effective relationships with all clients (internal/external), leveraging relationships to accomplish goals.Centralize communications; streamline reporting processes to talent acquisition leaders to include, identifying contributors and inhibitors to recruitment strategies in geographic markets.Serve as talent acquisition liaison for Company-sponsored committees and initiatives.Collaborate with talent acquisition leadership to effectively manage pilot recruitment programs, leading to successful rollout of programs designed to offer high-impact, simplified recruiting methods.Work with PSMs (People Services Managers) and PSD (People Services Director) to identify recruitment challenges within the regions and divisions.Develop and foster strong partnerships with People Services management team, region/division management, and corporate talent acquisition.Other duties as requested, assigned, or needed.Know, understand, implement, and follow DaVita teammate and employment guidelines.Travel required: up to 20%.Here is what you can expect when you join our Village:A "community first, company second" culture based on Core Values that really matter.Clinical outcomes consistently ranked above the national average.Award-winning education and training across multiple career paths to help you reach your potential.Performance-based rewards based on stellar individual and team contributions.A comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance your health, your financial well-being and your future.Dedication, above all, to caring for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure across the nation.Join us as we pursue our vision "To Build the Greatest Healthcare Community the World has Ever Seen."

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in related area required; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ management experience preferred; multi-site, decentralized (off-site, home-based team) preferred.Minimum of 7 years’ recruiting and/or related HR experience preferred.Minimum of 2 years sales experience (inside or outside) preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in high-volume recruitment preferred.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems; significant experience with recruiting databases strongly preferred.In-depth knowledge of AAPs (Affirmative Action Plans) and laws/regulations related to staffing and recruitment required.Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required.At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second.
