Together, we are CAVU.The Role:The Project Coordinator will support the Project Specialist in the execution and delivery of capital projects across CAVU’s global network. This role is essential for maintaining project timelines, coordinating cross functional teams, and ensuring that all project activities are aligned with organizational goals. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in managing project documentation, tracking progress, and fostering communication among stakeholders.We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who can take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Being a self-starter is crucial as you will often need to identify problems and devise solutions independently. Additionally, we value a team player who can collaborate effectively with various departments and external partners. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail are vital, as you will be responsible for capturing and maintaining accurate project information.This role sits on the Delivery Team under Global Experiences. Experiences owns CAVU’s entire lounge business – from growth, operations, and delivery. The Delivery Team is responsible for the capital delivery of our global lounge network, which includes the development (design and construction) of our lounge product offerings, to the program and project management necessary to launch our product offerings. CAVU will be opening 10+ lounges in AMER, EMEA, and APAC this year and this role will support development, project, and program coordination.Role Responsibilities:Assist the Project Specialist in the successful delivery and execution of projects from the post-award to launch across the global network (AMER, EMEA, and APAC).Coordinate key milestones for cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Creative, Design, Construction, IT, Growth, Trade, and Strategy, while coordinating all delivery milestones with the support of the Project Specialist.Ensure project risks are being properly captured in the Monday.com project boards.Track project item statuses, start dates, and end dates in Monday.com project boards. Support automation development and any Monday.com initiatives that are vital to team function.Support Monday.com project dashboard creation and maintenance.Partner with the Delivery Team (Head of Delivery, Project Specialist, and Project Coordinator) to produce the monthly Delivery Progress Report for the AMER and EMEA/APAC regions – capturing all relevant project updates with visual graphics, project statuses, and foreseen risks.Coordinate all pre-launch activities for new lounge sites and t-minus planning with all relevant stakeholders.Assist the Project Specialist – the Monday.com Ambassador – in leading team engagement, ensuring reporting dashboards are updated in real-time, and communications in the Monday.com platform.Attend project meetings and workstream calls, providing comprehensive summaries and key takeaways to ensure the Project Specialist is informed of all critical discussions and decisions by capturing these details in Monday.com.Role Requirements:Experienced project coordination (3 years minimum) with a proven track record of managing a broad range of projects.1 year minimum of automation experience in PM software and a strong understanding of dependencies.2+ years of experience using Monday.com (preferred) but any other PM software is great.Proficiency in building branded PowerPoint presentations.Big picture thinker ready to hit the ground running.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A pro at capturing the details, with a strong attention to detail.Our company values “Find A Better Way”, “See, Act, Own”, and “All As One” are in your DNA.Understanding that things change in our fast-paced business and be comfortable working in ambiguity.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, actual or perceived sexual orientation, national origin, age, physical handicap, or disability as set forth in the American with Disabilities Act 1990, or Veterans Status.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
