To be considered for this position, you MUST have an ACTIVE Clearance Level of Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Job Description:The candidate must have detailed experience with AWS and its resources (EC2, S3, CloudFormation stacks, and RDS), as well as familiarity with CloudFormation scripts to create and maintain AWS resources. The candidate must also have experience programming in any language, preferably Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or NodeJS. Experience with the AWS CDK in any supported language (Ruby, Python, Java, NodeJS) is required.Java and C# experience would be beneficial but not mandatory. This experience will be vital in helping the development teams utilize AWS correctly.This person must be willing to assist in all cases and be familiar with architectural best practices. He/She will have experience with Jenkins and building Jenkins Pipelines using Groovy, Python, and Bash shell scripts.A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 11.5 years' experience is typical to be considered a SME level. The engineer must have extensive experience working with this Customer.Mandatory Skills:Object Oriented Programming experienceExperience with AWS (e.g., CloudFormation, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch)Experience with relational databases (e.g., RDS, Oracle, Postgres, MySQL)Experience in continuous integration technology (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub)Experience interacting in a Linux environment (e.g., Bash scripting)Experience with Jenkins and creating Jenkins Pipelines while understanding continuous integration and continuous deployment best practicesBS/BA in Computer Science OR equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires expert or mastery level knowledge of work area, typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.May have deep knowledge of project management.
