Description:Seeking IT Engineer to build and support company computing resources. This person will be part of a team that supports the entire company network and programs including email, directory services, backup hardware and software. Company is involved in the cutting edge of technology and offers an excellent work environment.Requirements:
5+ years' experience in an enterprise network/server support environmentTroubleshoot system issues and resolve technical user problemsDesign and manage Windows 2008/2012 serverBuild and manage Windows 7 workstationsSupport and improve Active Directory structure using Microsoft best practicesAdminister and manage Windows software on servers and workstationsAdminister and manage Exchange 2010 and later for the enterpriseManage and upgrade VMWare VSphere 5.1 clustersManage backup schedules, tape rotations, and anti-virus infrastructureAdminister and manage network and system user accountsManage and support Atlassian tool suiteManage and support voice infrastructureProven experience in disaster recovery including backups, plans, documentation, tests, and daily operationDevelop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and change log for all enterprise servicesProvide status updates and escalate project risks to Security as appropriate and in a timely mannerManage file servers and provide recommendations for better storage solutionsManage enterprise monitoring systems to improve server uptime like PRTGCoordinate vendor support for system upgrades and implementationThe ideal candidate should be a creative thinker that enjoys tackling complex technical problems.Must be a US CitizenActive Security Clearance preferredThis is a temp-to-perm position.
