We are currently looking for a Demand Planning Manager SEE (South Eastern Europe), based in our Rotterdam office. You will lead a team of demand planners across Southern, Southeastern and Central Europe and are responsible for improving the planning capabilities within this region.
Your key responsibilities are:Support and develop the local demand planners reporting into youIntroduce and implement an S&OP framework within your region, consisting of demand reviews, assortment screening, NPI process, pre S&OP meeting on a regional levelImprove product availability by analyzing data, forecasts, and order patternsMonitor stock levels closely and propose action plans to reduce structurallyEncourage and improve the usage of our demand, forecast and inventory management tool Slim4 (Slimstock)Be the SPOC towards Slimstock regarding functional questions, ideas, and improvementsSupport the local companies and encourage them towards our EMEA way of workingIhr Profil
You have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position with knowledge of demand and inventory planning concepts like product and demand reviews, S&OP cycles, NPI process, portfolio management, inventory policies, ABC analysisYou have at least a bachelor’s degree in a related fieldYou have a hands-on mentalityYou are accurate, analytical, and proactiveFluent in English, another European language is a plusKnowledge of Slimstock or a similar inventory management tool is a mustYou’re familiar with forecast accuracy metrics and understand the difference between forecast accuracy and biasExperience with ERP systems (like D365, AX, Navision, or SAP) is a plusExperience with PowerBI creating reports is a plusYou are flexible and open to travel across EMEAWith your enthusiasm, you can encourage people to follow your leadYou are a positive thinker and have a solution-oriented mindsetUnser Angebot
