Vice President, Operational Resiliency Coordinator

to join our

RESILIENCY and Data

team. This role is located in

PUNE, INDIA (HYBRID) .In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Executing against resiliency milestones, deliverables for the team include the coordination and execution of quarterly disaster recovery tests, preparation and execution of data centre rotations across the business services, and governance for all business continuity activities across Operations.Direct involvement in the review and adaption of the business service definition, aligned with the business service framework, in collaboration with resiliency leads from across the business and technology groups.The candidate will be involved in multiple efforts including the creation and maintenance of recovery and resolution plans for all services within Operations, where collaboration across various lines of business within the firm is needed to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.Further scope for development is available as additional resiliency initiatives arise through the continued resiliency journey.Serve as the primary contact for operational teams on resiliency matters, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Resiliency Office guidelines.Liaise with Operations on technology incidents.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor's degree or higher.Experience in resiliency and disaster recovery.Experience in financial services operations.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.Experience in Operations, Business Analysis or Technology preferred.Our Benefits and Rewards:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
