Our associates make the world more productive by improving the efficiency and reliability of the machinery that keeps industry in motion.Purpose and ScopeResponsible for calculating the payroll process, ensuring all steps of the process from pre-payroll to dispersion, ensuring that employee payroll is accurate, timely and aligned with the law.ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on payroll and benefits.Compute the calculation of wages and salaries, deductions and benefits, taxes and other withholdings.Maintain payroll-related salary, deduction, and benefit information in financial/employees management databases.Calculate ordinary and extraordinary payroll processes.Stay up to date on state and federal payroll and tax laws.Research and respond to payroll and benefit-related inquiries.Send payroll-related information to apply for payment.Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.Follow up on associates’ files to ensure validity of benefits.Knowledge in Success Factors, Kronos, Celergo platform is a plus.Technical/Functional SkillsExpert in payroll process.Settlement calculations.T&A Software management.Excellent analytical and numerical skills.The ability to work under tight deadlines.Advanced Excel skills.Education / Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Administration or related field (certified).Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist in the manufacturing industry.All qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences, and other employment standards.
