Retail Manager 3

for

Loyola Marymount University

located in

Los Angeles ,

CA . Founded in 1911, LMU is a top-ranked Catholic university rooted in the Jesuit and Marymount traditions.

The successful candidate will:

lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes;

train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards;

implement and support POS and online food ordering systems;

have oversight of day-to-day operations;

deliver high quality food service;

achieve company and client financial targets and goals;

develop and maintain customer relationships;

create a positive environment; and

ensure Sodexo and client standards are met.

prior experience promoting national brands with clients and customers in a campus environment; and/or

proven client relationship and customer service skills;

a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills;

the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

financial ability to manage and demonstrate proven results with material costs, labor, procurement compliance and controllable expenses;

the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications & RequirementsBasic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Basic Management Experience - 2 years. Basic Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations.
