Lockton is seeking an experienced, dynamic client services professional in the Employee Benefits space, who will bring a fierce commitment to building relationships, exceeding client expectations, and pushing our Employee Benefits Practice to new heights in the marketplace. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the servicing and marketing needs of Lockton clients.Responds to Client’s inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issue resolutionsSupports implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and CarrierGathers and compiles exposure information from the Client, including compiling loss-run schedules and client stratificationsRequests and collects quotes (new and renewal) from carriersAudits quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as neededProcesses audits and creates audit analysis for ClientReceives policy, then updates and completes policy check to ensure completenessUpdates specifications, application, and summary information to reflect changes during the yearMonitors receipt of quotes from carriers once submitted and negotiated by more senior staffBinds coverage under direction of the Unit Manager/Account ExecutiveInforms Client of any and all changes that may affect insurance premiums or coverageGathers and compiles information for new business opportunitiesInputs Client information into data management system, ensuring accuracy and completenessGenerates materials for Client presentations and meetingsCreates and sends compliance communications as neededIssues and processes Client invoicingEngages with Producer and Accounting Department to appropriately determine action plan and assist in collection efforts or billing discrepanciesResearches industry trends and governmental regulationsPerforms other responsibilities and duties as neededQualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalentTypically three to seven years of Client services experience is requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills requiredUnderstands industry trends and governmental regulationsAbility to complete continuing education requirements as neededAbility to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessionsAbility to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company informationAbility to efficiently organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlinesAbility to travel by automobile and aircraftAbility to use office equipment such as a computer, keyboard, calculator, photocopier, and facsimile machineAbility to work on a computer for a prolonged amount of timeAbility to work outside of normal business hours as neededLegally able to work in the United StatesEqual Opportunity Statement
