The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both Federal and California State Court proceedings, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. The Senior Litigation Associate Attorney will play a pivotal role in managing a legal team, supervising junior associates, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding substantive work and client service.Duties:Represent clients in both Federal and California State Court, handling a diverse range of litigation matters.Manage and lead a legal team, providing guidance, support, and supervision to junior associates.Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and participate in all phases of litigation.Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and provide strategic legal advice.Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as required.Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies.Requirements:Minimum of 6 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on litigation.California State Bar license is mandatory.Proven experience in both Federal and California State Court proceedings.Strong leadership and team management skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload and work under pressure.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.Skills:Litigation expertise in both federal and California state courts.Team leadership and management.Legal research and writing.Client relationship management.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in legal case management software.
