Senior Trial Attorney

Riverside office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior trial attorney with experience. The candidate will manage their own cases while also providing support to other attorneys on complex cases.The responsibilities include:Litigating family law matters from start to finish with actual courtroom experience.Developing family law cases by conducting research on various issues.Attending depositions, mediation, and hearings.Reviewing, analyzing, and drafting legal documents.Communicating with knowledge and compassion with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding technical matters.Communicating effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics.Tracking and managing billable hours and ensuring all aspects of client and case management are properly met.Minimum Requirements:Family law experience is required.Must be licensed in California.CFLS or eligibility is a plus.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.The firm offers a competitive pay package, paid sick time, vacation, and holidays, as well as a 401(k) program.Company info
