Villa St. Francis is currently recruiting for President & CEO for its Milwaukee, WI campus. Villa St. Francis is a Catholic religious organization sponsored by the Felician Sisters. It is a not-for-profit 501-c-3 organization and licensed for 134 apartments as a senior, assisted living, Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) apartment community.Responsibilities:Provide necessary leadership, overall direction, and management to position the facility at the forefront of older adult services in the Milwaukee area.Work with the local Board of Directors and the Senior Vice President of Senior Living and Healthcare for Felician Services, Inc.Create long-range planning with the local Board of Directors and develop and ensure the implementation of strategic plans that align with the values, expectations, and goals of the organization.Promote financial stability and viability of the organization.Guide the leadership team to operate the ministry efficiently and in compliance with all applicable state and local licensing requirements.Enhance ties with the greater Milwaukee community and expand philanthropic initiatives supporting the sustainability of the campus.Oversee the annual preparation and ongoing monitoring of a 4.4-million-dollar operational budget.Villa St. Francis is subject to certain governmental recordkeeping and reporting requirements for the administration of civil rights laws and regulations.
