This person will be a key figure in the company and join the executive team, assuming senior-level management responsibility overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO’s primary responsibility is to build the leading mortgage brand and generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using marketing research, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations.The CMO may also be involved in sales, new business development, and customer success. The CMO will focus on ensuring the organization’s message is distributed to targeted audiences in order to meet sales objectives and will include finding new ways to deliver the message such as mobile, video, and social media.Qualifications:The ideal candidate has a minimum of 15 years of overall marketing experience with 5 or more years as CMO for a high-growth company.
