The Mid-Senior Level Energy Project Finance Associate Attorney will be responsible for leading energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions. They will draft primary deal documents, manage complex diligence processes, interact with clients, and oversee deal management, including junior associates and internal specialist teams.
