A law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lateral Antitrust Associate Attorney to join their team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience representing clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. The position requires substantive knowledge of antitrust law, strong writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in civil litigation cases involving antitrust laws.Manage and conduct DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations.Handle criminal enforcement matters related to antitrust violations.Provide expert legal advice and strategies to clients regarding antitrust compliance and litigation.Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Conduct legal research and stay updated on current antitrust laws and regulations.Prepare and present cases in court, effectively advocating for clients.Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional legal counsel and service.Participate in business development efforts to attract and retain clients.Requirements

4-7 years of experience in antitrust law.Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement.Strong writing and analytical skills.Top academic credentials.Admission to the California Bar or ability to be admitted promptly.Education

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Strong academic record, preferably with honors or distinctions in relevant coursework.Certifications

Admission to the California Bar is required.Additional certifications in antitrust law or related areas are a plus.Skills
