IG Supervisory IT Auditor/Program Analyst Inspector General Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Auditors/Program Analysts supervise, plan, and review the work of a team responsible for conducting IT audits of CIA programs and activities.
Full time
U.S. citizenship required (dual-national U.S. citizens eligible).
All positions require relocation to the Washington, DC metro area.

Protect your nation by helping to strengthen Central Intelligence Agency programs and operations through independent oversight! As an Inspector General Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Auditor, your work will help CIA effectively and efficiently carry out its vital national security mission. Your work will also promote good stewardship of CIA resources and help detect and deter fraud, waste, and abuse.
As an Inspector General Supervisory Information Technology Auditor for CIA, you will serve as an Auditor-in-Charge (AIC) that supervises, plans, and reviews the work of a team responsible for conducting IT audits of CIA programs and activities; and serve as a source of guidance on a wide?range of topics including policy, procedures, and techniques.
Supervisory IT Auditor responsibilities include planning and assigning work; collecting, analyzing, and examining data; developing findings and recommendations; reporting and/or presenting findings; following up on report recommendations; providing guidance and feedback to others; and preparing performance reviews. IT audits include reviews and assessments of the development, security, and internal controls of IT systems and applications, particularly as they relate to the use of IT in intelligence operations, auditable financial statements, and mission support activities; the acquisition of IT systems; and security management practices. IT audits are conducted in accordance with government auditing standards.
Travel may be required.

Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills
Ability to apply government auditing standards, discern key issues, and draw reliable conclusions
Experience and demonstrated success in managing and performing audits and audit teams
Certified Information System Auditor (CISA)
Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP)
Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
Experience with government auditing, accounting, program evaluation, or information systems
