This is a challenging, dynamic field position with high earnings potential and opportunities for career advancement.The Dealer Account Manager position offers a highly incentivized performance-based compensation package. A motivated individual can earn up to and beyond a six-figure income.Remote - on the roadAs a Dealer Account Manager, you will educate and train our current Dealer partners in the assigned area, along with acquiring new sources and contacts. You will manage sales activities and account development for those dealers within your area and ensure quality and consistency of product and service delivery.This role requires a consultative sales and management approach. Each Dealer Account Manager manages their own dealer base to understand the Westlake Program to grow and succeed.This is a full-time position including full-time benefits. Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate company products and services.Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.Follow-up on new leads and referrals from field activity.Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners.Communicate effectively with dealer partners to train on current programs.Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for approval.Assist with the preparation of sales contracts.Maintain and understand sales materials and current financial product knowledge.Participate in marketing events for dealers.Qualifications
Qualities we look for in our Dealer Account Manager:Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).1-2 years previous experience in a Sales role.College degree (preferred or equivalent work experience).Strong presentation skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.Able to communicate and work amicably with diverse teams.Knowledge/Experience with DealerTrack, Routeone, or CUDL (beneficial).Previous Outside Sales Experience (preferred).Significant local travel to current and potential clients, requiring a valid state driver's license.What do we offer?
