EFT Analyst

We are currently seeking an
EFT Analyst
candidate to join our winning team. The EFT Analyst will be responsible for daily ACH activity including but not limited to: ACH edits, postings, return items, notifications of change activity, research, and government reclamations. Additional responsibilities include reconciling the general ledger for the ACH network, processing all ACH returns in a timely manner, notifying members of discrepancies in ACH credit items on their account, and researching member inquiries regarding unauthorized ACH debits or credits. Education & Experience
One to three years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of the
EFT Analyst
include: Daily processing of the Wire Function, including member verification, enhanced due diligence, and system processing. Verifying, approving, and balancing of the Mobile Check Deposit function. Maintaining membership’s IRA portfolios by processing monthly, quarterly, and annual Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs). Being responsible for account estate settlement issues including but not limited to deceased accounts, probate issues, and trust accounts. Attending training seminars by MACHA, NACHA, and the Federal Reserve to ensure compliance. Training and keeping Lafayette staff informed of any new IRA rules & regulations. Additional Comments
